L’Apero les Trois Apéritif is inspired by French Farmhouse-style apéritifs. Unique and pure, these are the result of infusing wine from Berryessa Gap Vineyards with seasonal fruit from the orchards surrounding Winters.

Zinfandel, infused with both fresh and dried figs, fig leaves and fresh thyme, is mysterious, and full-bodied, woodsy aromas of dark forest floors and old-time spice markets, rich and complex.

Blenheim Apricot Aperitif

Dry rosé, infused with ripe and green apricots, and green almonds, has notes of white and rose florals, flavor of fresh apricot blend to a delicate finish of almonds.
