PRODUCTION NOTES Our Tempranillo is located at the highest elevation on the Coble Ranch Vineyard. The Tempranillo bock consists of two different soil series, allowing for minerality and richness to be characterized in the finished wine. It was harvested in three lots and fermented in bins before being pressed in our traditional basket press. Once pressed, we aged the Tempranillo in twice used French oak barrels for 19 months.
This wine is 75% Tempranillo and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon.
